✨ What if you haven’t lost your spark… you’ve just forgotten what lights you up? 💜

Life has a funny way of doing that, doesn’t it?

Between work, family, responsibilities and looking after everyone else, it’s easy to put the things that make YOU happy at the bottom of the list.

And before you know it, you’re wondering where that version of yourself has gone.

But maybe she hasn’t gone anywhere. ❤️

Maybe she’s just waiting for you to make a little space for her again.

At Inner Light Aura Photography, I’m a big believer in taking time to reconnect with yourself, explore your energy and rediscover the things that make you feel alive.

Because sometimes, the most important connection we can nurture is the one we have with ourselves. ✨

💬 Tell me… what’s one thing that always makes you feel like YOU again?

A robin has a quantum compass built into its eye.

Yeah, the little bird hopping around your garden.

Inside its eye is a protein called cryptochrome that reacts to certain light. When that light hits, it triggers quantum entanglement right there in the retina, and that’s what lets the robin pick up Earth’s magnetic field.

So while you’re squinting at your phone trying to work out which way is north, this bird is reading the planet’s magnetism with its eyes.

Physicists build freezing labs just to keep entanglement alive for a moment.

The robin pulls it off sitting on a fence.

Which colour did you notice first, blue, violet or pink? 💙💜🩷

I took Chris’s aura photograph on Tuesday evening at House of Foliage, and with her kind permission, I just had to share it.

At first glance, you might simply call it purple. But look a little longer and you begin to notice the layers: deep blue through the centre, violet around the head and those beautiful pink tones surrounding the outside.

This is why I never look at one colour in isolation. The position, intensity and way the colours appear together all form part of the wider picture, and the conversation we have afterwards helps bring it to life.

There is no “best” colour and no wrong aura. Every photograph is completely personal to the person sitting in front of the camera.

Thank you, Chris, for allowing me to share yours 💜

During an Inner Light aura photography experience, you’ll receive your aura photograph, a personal explanation and an aura report to take away.

If you could see your own energy in colour, what do you think would appear?

Comment AURA if you’d like details of our upcoming experiences ✨

💛💚 Just LOOK at Sue’s beautiful aura!

Yesterday evening, I had the pleasure of joining Sue Lockwood and her wonderful spiritual development circle at House of Foliage in Redcar.

What a lovely group of people and some absolutely stunning aura photographs! 🌈

Sue’s gorgeous golden yellow is associated with joy, positivity and warmth, while the green represents compassion, kindness and heart-centred energy.

A beautiful combination, and rather fitting for such a lovely lady! 💜

✨ If you’re interested in exploring your spiritual side, I can highly recommend Sue’s Spiritual Open Circle.

It’s a friendly, supportive group welcoming beginners and experienced spiritual explorers alike, with meditation, spiritual awareness and mediumship development.

📍 House of Foliage, Redcar
🗓️ Fortnightly Tuesdays, 7–9pm
💜 £5 per person

💌 And to everyone who joined us yesterday — all your aura photographs and personalised reports have now been emailed out!

Check your inboxes (and junk folders). I’d love to hear what you think of your colours!

A huge thank you to Sue for inviting me along. I thoroughly enjoyed it! 💜

Fascinating ✨

Over 30 percent of Americans believe in the concept of reincarnation, the notion that people who die will be reborn again in this world.

✨STOP SCROLLING… ONE OF THESE COLOURS IS CALLING YOU!✨

💜 💙 💚 🩷 💛

Take a moment, look at the five colours and notice which one catches your attention first.

Don’t overthink it. Don’t choose your favourite just because it’s your favourite.

Which colour are you drawn to RIGHT NOW?

Each colour carries its own symbolism, and the one you choose might offer a little insight into what you’re feeling, seeking or needing at this moment.

🔮 Here’s how to take part:

✨ Look at the five colours.
✨ Trust your first instinct.
✨ Comment your chosen colour below.

I’ll be revealing the meaning behind each colour later today, so make sure you pop back to discover your message!

And remember, there’s no right or wrong choice. Just a little moment of curiosity and self-discovery.

Let’s see which colour everyone is drawn to! 🌈
