Restart a Heart Day ❤️

Earlier this year our team completed their Level 3 Emergency First Aid Training with Hands on Heart Training.

Today, Hands on Heart Training are delivering free CPR training to raise awareness about cardiac arrest and teaching lifesaving advice.

We highly recommend popping along if you're local to us ❤️

Looking forward to tomorrow, it’ll be a busy day but absolutely worthwhile. 6 free sessions on CPR in wonderful local venues. Feel free to pop into any session (excluding the primary school which is for parents and children)

We’re attending the Rebuilding Lives Conference! 🗓️✨

On Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd October, our team, along with our sister company, Health Your Way C.I.C - will be attending the Rebuilding Lives Conference, hosted by the Spinal Injuries Association! 🤝

This two-day event brings together healthcare professionals, carers, researchers, and people with lived experience of spinal cord injury for education, collaboration, and inspiration.
