You might choose to sit quietly with your hands in your usual self-treatment positions, meditate, journal, or simply step outside and notice the changing light and atmosphere. Allow Reiki to accompany you without expectation and see where the moment takes you. 🙏💙

✨ I’ve been adding a little crystal magic to my skincare routine… and I’m officially obsessed.

This Mother’s Day, I received a Jade Crystal Facial gift set from White Lotus and I finally took the time to slow down and try it properly. The result? Glowing skin, relaxed energy, and a bedroom that smells like a luxury spa 💚

I’ve always worked with crystals in my Reiki and self-healing practice, but incorporating them into skincare feels like a whole new level of self-care. My favourite part has to be the jade roller… especially around my eyes where I struggle with Dry Eye Syndrome. I genuinely noticed a difference!

It’s not just about beauty. It’s about taking a moment for yourself in a busy, chaotic world.

I will be taking part in the 21 Days of Reiki community practice organised by The Reiki Association, and I warmly invite fellow practitioners to join us.

This gentle daily practice is a beautiful way to reconnect with Reiki energy, reflect on the Reiki precepts, and nurture your wellbeing over the course of 21 days.

There is also a lovely story about the practice in the Winter 2026 edition of TOUCH Magazine, available for members to download now.
