⚠️ NO-SHOWS & LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS ⚠️
I’m honestly seriously disheartened by the amount of no-shows and last-minute cancellations this week alone. 💔
This week alone, I’ve had 3 no-shows, adding up to a total loss of £105. 😔
Please remember that I don’t do this for fun — this is my job and my livelihood. This is how I earn my income and ensure I can live and support myself.
When you book an appointment with me, that time is specifically reserved for you. I turn away other clients, prepare my treatment space, purchase supplies and plan my working day around your appointment.
When someone doesn’t show up, I’m left with a space that I often cannot fill at such short notice, meaning I lose that income completely.
I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen — life happens ❤️ — but repeatedly cancelling last minute or simply not turning up is incredibly unfair to a small independent business.
Because of this, my booking policy will now be strictly enforced. Deposits/full payment may be required to secure appointments, and cancellations/no-shows will be dealt with according to my booking policy.
Please respect my time, my business and my livelihood in the same way I respect yours. 🖤
