What if your next office could look like this? Same space, endless possibilities.

We took one of our original spaces at Eskmills and reimagined it in five completely different ways, showing just how much potential a space can have with a little creativity and vision.

Whether you're building a creative agency, launching a new business or looking for a professional space to call your own, Eskmills gives you the opportunity to make it yours.

“It feels much more like it’s your space.”

We love hearing how our tenants have made Eskmills their own.

From bringing in their own desks to choosing the colours, it's not just an office, it is a home for your business.

Hercules House is named after the Hercules net - a fishing net made on this exact site that went all over the world.

These days it’s where a lot of businesses get their first proper office.

Small rooms for up to 4 people, a co-working space for the days you don’t want to be stuck at your own desk, and when you grow, you don’t have to pack up and leave Musselburgh... you just move across the hall - One business here has done it twice!

What the tour can’t really show you is what it’s like on a normal Tuesday.

Someone always saying good morning, bumping into the business next door in the kitchen, never once having to think about who’s restocking the milk - It really is a wonderful place to grow your business.

But now we want to hear from you!

Do you think one word is enough to describe Eskmills, or have our residents missed something?

There’s nothing standard about our kitchens 🌟 Every one is custom-designed by our in-house interior designer, built with function and style in mind.

In a home, the kitchen is the heart of it, and that’s no different at Eskmills, where there are always many conversations on the go!

Eskmills is a place for everyone, and we’ve made sure that this stayed at the forefront of our planning when designing our layout.

Disabled bathrooms and shower rooms, spacious hallways, lift access where possible, and ample parking on site are just some of the ways in which we strive to be accessibility friendly! And if there are ever any concerns or ways we can make our residents' lives easier, our team is here and happy to help however they can.
