The Surgery will be CLOSED from 1pm on
Wednesday 21st October for essential staff training.

The surgery will re-open on Thursday 22nd October at 8am.

If you require urgent medical advice or treatment when the practice is closed, you can call the surgery as arrangements will be in place to ensure you receive the medical advice or treatment you need.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 999.

For minor conditions, your local pharmacy offers free healthcare advice and may also provide treatment through the Common Ailments Scheme

If you are feeling distressed, about your mental health, or need advice, you can call NHS 111 and choose option 2 to speak to a mental health professional, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Flu Vaccination Campaign

Narberth Surgery will be offering Flu & COVID vaccination appointments throughout October to patients who are eligible.

If you are eligible and would like to have your Flu & COVID vaccination, please contact the surgery to book an appointment.

We apologise to patients who received a non-descriptive text message today regarding an appointment on 1 October. These messages were sent by the HDUHB Communications Department and were outside of the surgery’s control.

If you were unaware of the appointment or no longer require it, please contact the surgery to cancel. We would like to thank those patients who have already contacted us to cancel their appointments.

By cancelling appointments that you do not require, you are helping us to maximise clinical time and ensure that vaccination appointments are available to those who need and want the Flu & COVID vaccine, helping to protect themselves and others this winter.

Temporary IT/Internet Disruption

We are currently experiencing an internet connection problem due to an issue at the telephone exchange in Haverfordwest.

Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to access our clinical systems at present, which is affecting the services we can provide from the surgery.
