We call it self care

There’s something very wrong with that.

Introducing The Tipi at Elkstone Studios, Cheltenham ✨

Come and join Gina and me on 22 October at 7pm for a two-hour workshop learning The Face Matters Method.

This isn’t about changing your face. It’s about understanding it.

We’ll teach you simple techniques and routines to naturally lift, sculpt and bring life back to your face — combining facial massage, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, face yoga, breathwork, a little energy work and nervous-system regulation.

And we’ll talk skincare too.

After more than 35 years working with skin, I’ve seen just about every beauty promise going. So we’ll take the nonsense out of it: what actually matters, what you really need, and what is simply clever marketing designed to make us feel we need fixing.

Because we don’t.

The aim is that you leave with techniques you’ll genuinely use, a much better understanding of your own face and skin, and feeling confident in the skin you’re in.
