I was blessed to join the Autumn Equinox Retreat at Sandhill House, Dunfanaghy. I went without expectation, hoping for a few days escape to one of my favourite places, Donegal. Turned out to be such a powerful experience, with lots of firsts for me! Solo travel ✅ sea swimming ✅ (I have a fear of water but this turned out to be pure joy! 🙌) Qoya movement ✅ (loved this!) It was a reminder of how powerful the gathering of like minded women can be 🩵 Thanks to each of the wise women I shared that experience with🩵
