Try these simple steps:
-Keep your feet flat on the floor when sitting
-Use a cushion or rolled towel to support your lower back
-Stand up, stretch, and walk around every 30 to 45 minutes
-Bend your knees when lifting, keep your back straight, and carry items close to your body rather than reaching out
-Stay active. Walking is one of the best things for your back
