Having lost over 180lbs, I know the struggle of trying to live normally, make better choices and still enjoy the foods you love without feeling like you have to torture yourself with restriction because you’re not psychic.

The information exists. The data exists. The tools exist, for free.

I don’t believe the obesity crisis exists because people don’t care.

I believe people were never taught the basics of
nutrition.

Education creates choice.

“I feel so much fitter and more confident than when I started. I’ve got more energy, I’m not out of breath all the time, and I can finally do things I never thought I could - even simple stuff like getting in and out of the bath properly.

I’ve gone from a size 20 to a 12/14, I can walk further, swim without stopping, and I’m running better than ever. I did a 5K last year and had to stop a few times. This year, I’m aiming to do it without stopping at all.”
