I generally work on a theme of the month. That way we have a solid chunk of time to tap into the sequence and explore the theme in depth.
This month, with our theme called Shift & Adjust, I extended the theme to seven weeks because of how my schedule is working out.
Oh my, it’s been a dream to work on something that for that length of time. The weekly progression, from a teaching perspective, has given me the space to explore the movements more than I ever have before.
With every week that passes, the 1-hour class feels shorter and shorter. In the blink of an eye, the class begins and ends.
How have you been finding the experience of working on something for this long? We have just finished week 6 with one more to go.
Next week will be my last week of classes before I take a two week break. Classes finish on 15th October and will resume from 2nd November.
I’ve extended the six-class pass in my booking system. You usually have 8 weeks to use this. Due to my time away and (sorry to mention this one) Christmas, it can now be used for 12 weeks to cover my time off.
Basically, that’s the long way of saying… Keep booking as normal because I’ve made all the required adjustments.
I has loads of photos of the day retreat venue land in my inbox last night. I’ll post them shortly so you can see the space in full. I’m so excited for my first yoga retreat day.
