My little 300 calorie pizza hack! 🍕🤎

As promised… here’s how I made my Friday night pizzas!

SO easy to make, and you can change the toppings to whatever you fancy! 😋

What I used 👇🏼

🍕 1 white pitta bread (57g)
🍅 30g pizza sauce
🧀 30g grated mozzarella & cheddar
🌽 15g sweetcorn
🍕 1 slice pepperoni (5g)
🤎 1 slice wafer-thin ham (10g)

How I made them 👩🏼‍🍳

1. Split the pitta bread into two halves.
2. Spread the pizza sauce over both halves.
3. Add your cheese and toppings.
4. Pop in the oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.

✨ Approx. 300 calories | 16g protein for BOTH mini pizzas!

Based on the ingredients and quantities I used.

A little reminder that you can still enjoy the foods you love whilst working towards your goals 🤎

Save this one for your next pizza night! 🍕✨

I used to think gyms were for people who already looked fit.
At almost 20 stone, I was terrified to walk through the door because I thought everyone would look at me, judge me, or wonder what I was doing there.
So I stayed away.
I actually lost 10 stone before I ever joined a gym.
And when I finally did walk through the door, I realised everyone was far too busy doing their own thing to care about me 😂

Now I’m training to become a PT.

Not because I suddenly became a “gym person”… but because I want to help women who are standing where I once was. 🤍

That part means more to me than I can explain.

A few of the meals I’ve eaten this week while maintaining a 10 stone weight loss 🤍

Nothing fancy.
Nothing “perfect”.
Just normal meals that fit into real life and help me stay consistent.

I think one of the biggest things maintenance has taught me is you don’t need to eat like you’re “on a diet” forever.

If you want me to put together the recipes + shopping list for these, comment MAINTAIN below 👇

I spent years waiting for the “right” day to start again.

Monday.
Next month.
After the holiday.
After Christmas.
January. 😂

And every time I thought I’d “ruined it”, I’d convince myself I needed another fresh start.

The biggest change for me was realising I didn’t need to start again.

I just needed to make the next choice a better one. 🤍

One good meal still counts.
One walk still counts.
Drinking your water still counts.
Getting back on plan at your next opportunity still counts.

You haven’t ruined anything.

You just need to keep going.

Save this for the next time you feel like you’ve messed it all up. 🤍

👖 Jeans have always been one of those things for me.

There was a time I hated trying them on. I never felt comfortable in them and I definitely never imagined I’d have a moment like this.

Today I tried on a pair of size 10 jeans with no stretch… and they were actually loose around my waist. 🥹

And yes, I know a clothing size is just a number. It doesn’t define my worth and it isn’t the reason I’m proud of myself.

I’m proud because I feel healthier.
I’m fitter.
I move more.
I’m more confident.
And I’ve maintained a 10 stone loss.

But I’d be lying if I said this little changing room moment didn’t stop me in my tracks. 🤍

Sometimes the non-scale wins hit differently.

Save this as your reminder that progress shows up in so many ways.

I was always waiting for a “better” time to start.

The kids are off school…
I’ve got a holiday coming up…
Halloween’s coming and there’ll be sweets everywhere…
Then it’s basically Christmas…
Might as well just wait until January 😂

And before I knew it, months had passed and I was still telling myself I’d start “soon”.

The biggest thing I changed was stopping that all-or-nothing thinking.

I stopped waiting for the perfect Monday.
Stopped treating one meal like I’d ruined everything.
Stopped expecting myself to be perfect.

Losing 10 stone was one part of it, but getting out of that constant start-stop cycle has been just as important. 🤍

If you’re waiting for the “right time” too… there probably isn’t one.

Which one do you relate to most? 👇

I never thought I’d be training to become a PT 😂🤍

For years, I was genuinely scared to walk into a gym.

I worried people would look at me, judge me because of my size, or that I’d be surrounded by people who knew exactly what they were doing while I had absolutely no clue.

So I avoided it.

Fast forward a few years, a 10 stone weight loss and a completely different relationship with myself… and now I’m training to become a Personal Trainer.

Not because I’ve suddenly turned into a gym bunny 😂 but because I know exactly how intimidating exercise can feel when you don’t feel confident in your own body.

I want to be able to support women who feel like I used to feel.

I’m still very much working as a weight-loss coach, supporting my clients following The 1:1 Diet, and alongside that I’m also completing my nutrition qualification and now my PT qualification too.

It all feels like the next piece of the puzzle 🧩 🤍

Funny how the things that once scared you can end up becoming part of your story. 📖

If I had to lose 10 stone again, this is what I’d do first…

I’d stop waiting for the perfect time.
I’d pick a plan and actually give it time to work.
I’d plan for the hard days, not just the motivated ones.
I’d stop treating one off-plan meal like I’d ruined everything.
And I’d think about maintenance from day one.

Because losing the weight is one part of it…
learning how to live afterwards is the bit that matters long term.

I’ve lost 10 stone and maintained it, and if I’ve learnt anything it’s this:

You don’t need to do it perfectly. You just need to keep going. 🤍

Which one do you need reminding of most right now? 👇🏻

If I had to lose 10 stone again, I’d do these 3 things differently…

1. Stop waiting for the “perfect” time to start.
There never is one.

2. Stop thinking one off-plan meal means I’ve ruined everything. One meal doesn’t undo your progress…giving up does.

3. Think about maintenance from day one. Losing the weight is only part of it. Learning how to live afterwards is where the real work starts.

I lost 10 stone and I’ve maintained it and if I’ve learnt anything, it’s that you don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to keep going.

Which one do you struggle with most 1, 2 or 3? 👇🏻
