Lightest weight in over 2.5 years! 🥳

Rachel’s a busy mum and had a SUPER busy summer holidays with going away and social events and she’s managed to maintain or improve on all of her stats from the previous month which she’s over the moon with 🥳 A few basic habits that have changed her whole mindset with food 🍽️ Amazing job Rachel 🙌🏽

Huge shout out to Ed who had his 7th review with us this morning and his stats and progress have been incredible 👏🏼

* 11.3 kg weight loss (24.9 lbs)
* 7.9% body fat reduction
* 3.5% visceral fat reduction
* 5.2% improvement in hydration
* 24 years younger biologically
* 7.1% increase in muscle mass 💪🏽

Followed his 80/20 food plan, upped his exercise, playing a lot of Padel with functional resistance training and he’s noticed a big improvement in his fitness and recovery.
