The evenings are drawing in, so here is the warmest corner of the clinic.

A traditional sauna heats the air around you, which is why they feel so fierce. Our full spectrum infrared sauna warms you directly instead. The cabin stays comfortable, and the heat still reaches deep into muscle and tissue.

It's lined in cedar, with lighting you can set to whatever colour you find calming. Most people sit for somewhere between twenty and forty minutes. Nothing is being done to you. It is just warm and quiet.

It is offered after a first session, once Cheryl knows your situation. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects how you handle heat, speak to your doctor first.

The research, and what it does and doesn't show, is on the website. 07761 572811
