Looking for support? You don’t have to work through it alone.
Sharon Turner, Counsellor, offers a collaborative and person-centred approach, placing you at the heart of the counselling process. Together, you can explore what you’re experiencing, develop greater self-understanding and work towards positive change — at your own pace.

• Anxiety, stress or depression
• Coming to terms with a health diagnosis

• Trauma or difficult past experiences
• Difficult life changes or feeling unable to cope
• Relationship difficulties with yourself or others
🌱 Counselling can offer space for self-development, discovery, healing and growth.
For individuals, she offers both short- and long-term counselling, supporting you to develop greater self-awareness, work through difficult experiences and build skills to navigate stressful times.
For couples, Sharon can help you explore relationship difficulties, including understanding your own and your partner’s needs, intimacy, affairs, diverse relationships, changing family dynamics and conflict.
💚 Experienced and compassionate support
Sharon has extensive experience supporting people through loss, bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life changes and relationship difficulties. She has also worked with charitable organisations, EAP services and the NHS, including four years as a volunteer supporting people experiencing significant life challenges.
