What a privilege it has been to be part of Team England at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.
This time it was as Physiotherapist for Para Powerlifting, proud to be part of this incredible team of athletes and coaches.
We came away with a 🥇🥈🥉and a number of personal bests.

Meet our newest team member!!
We are delighted to welcome Nathalie to the REP team.
She is an incredibly experienced and talented soft tissue therapist, offering several skill sets including sports massage.
She has provided treatment for British canoeing, British swimming, and UK athletics.
Her experience includes being part of the multidisciplinary team at the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympics, and several British, European and World championships.

If you are looking for help with muscle tension from your workouts, sports training or life stress, or recovery from injury and pre or post operatively, get in touch to book an appointment.

After a series of successful Pilates classes in 2025, we are about to start our next class on the 21st January. There are only 2 SPACES LEFT!
Within our small physio led friendly class you will have individual guidance and input from our excellent physiotherapist and expert Pilates instructor.
All Pilates equipment is provided, you will learn what good movement patterns feel and look like, what core stability really is and how breathing plays a crucial role in all of this.
