Apparently, turning 35 comes with a lot of self-reflection… 😂

I’ve learned a LOT about myself over the last few years, especially since starting Relaxify Wellness 💚

I’m still figuring things out.
Still learning.
Still changing my mind.
Still making mistakes. 😂

But I’m also realising that maybe you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.

So… here are 6 things I’ve learned about myself in my 30s. 🤍

Two technologies. One treatment.
