We don't usually have entertainment on a Sunday but this Sunday was an exception...we were celebrating Paul's birthday with his favourite entertainer Andy James Eta ...Andy even brought Paul a signed CD and some cufflinks from memphis with a card..Thankyou Paul and your family for throwing this party for our residents..another great night at Tendercare Home ❤️💙 VIDEOS IN COMMENTS

VIDEOS IN COMMENTS ..So last night we went back to the 80s with Wayne J Swifty ..unfortunately Caroline was unwell and we hope she gets better soon..Wayne pulled it out the bag with his 80s show and an amazing night was had by all..Thankyou to Wayne and also to the amazing staff who could not resist a dress up..The residents were all glittered with their light up glasses...beads and glowsticks..they sang along from the first song..we had our usual tipples with hot dogs and onions and beefburgers..Another amazing night..Aint no party like a Tendercare party 💙❤️

So last night we held a little remembrance for one of our ladies Sadie who sadly passed away in the summer..Sadie was a big character at Tendercare Home and when we used to get the room ready for entertainment she would ask us why we were moving the furniture when we said it was for a singer she would say "you're having no singers in my living room" bless her ...Sadie didn't drink so we had her favourite..hot chocolate with marshmallows and squirty cream and her favourite sandwiches corned beef and tomatoes.. we even had the tiger bread..This night went ahead because of the kind donations from the family from the funeral service...We were entertained by the fabulous Darren Carpenter where we could dance and also singalong..i hope we did you and your family proud Sadie ###
