The Calm Within

13/10/2026

I spent the weekend under the wonderful guidance of Helen Totton at Sacred Ground sanctuary, learning to become a Reiki Master Teacher.

It’s been something I’ve always wanted to do but needed to make sure the timing was right. It was such beautiful experience and I came away feeling very grateful and empowered knowing that Helen will always be with us along our chosen path.

Thank you to everyone who shared the journey, it was such a life changing moment in time. X

A little insight into what happens in my treatment room in Ormskirk.

Everyone who steps in says it’s an oasis of calm, it’s totally relaxing and smells divine (thanks to Louise | Natural Soaps, Crystal Candles & Skincare products)

Each session is personalised to you, down to the oils, sounds, crystals and even the intuitive oracle card pull - it can be whatever you need or wish it to be. Massage, Reiki, Sound healing, or a combination of all of them. It’s entirely your call, it’s not prescriptive.

If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during a Reiki session, this is just a small snippet.
The Reiki energy is a wonderous thing, it’s channelled to allow your body to do its own deep healing work. It’s such a warm and lovely energy, helping you feel your best self and centred.
If you are interested in learning more about how it can help you, contact me.

The kids are back to school and work.
I’m back to doing what I love.
If you feel as though the past 6 weeks have taken their toll, you feel frazzled and need a September reset (let’s be honest, who doesn’t?) or a bit of time for yourself to take the pressure off the ‘back to school and sports clubs’ crazy schedule, come and find exactly that with me.
Reiki, Aromatherapy Massage, Sound Healing, or I can put together a personalised treatment just for you. DM me to book.

Mornings start with a cup of tea and a bit of grounding. I wasn’t loving the so called ‘grass’ after this recent weather, so took myself off to the woods for a walk.
It’s amazing how much a bit of movement and a change of scenery can reset you and help you focus.
It turns your day into something productive, staying on top of the to do list and finding a small slice of calm in all the madness.
If this sounds heavenly to you, then come and speak to me about how Reiki and Aromatherapy massage can help too.

I’ll be away from the treatment room for a few weeks having some much needed downtime with the family.
There are a handful of appointments left for August, and my diary is open for September bookings. Contact me to secure your space for a personalised Reiki session or a blissful aromatherapy massage.

An Aromatouch Massage is a wonderful way to make some time for yourself if you are stressed, busy or just overwhelmed. Giving yourself an hour for this wonderful essential oil back, neck and foot treatment will help you feel calmer, sleep better, reconnect with yourself and allow yourself the space to heal.

It’s more than just a massage, it’s a whole body and mind reset.

DM me to book your space or check out the link in bio.
