💜 A Wonderful Day Full of Fun, Laughter and Community Spirit at Primley Court! 💜

It's been another busy and enjoyable day here at Primley Court, with lots going on to keep our residents entertained, smiling and making special memories! 🥰

We were especially pleased to welcome The Purple Angel Charity into Primley Court today as they came to collect the donation raised by our fantastic staff following their sponsored walk. 💜

We are incredibly proud of our staff for coming together, putting in the effort and supporting such a wonderful cause. It's lovely to see everyone getting involved and making a difference in the community. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported the walk. Your kindness and generosity are truly appreciated! 💜

There has certainly been no shortage of activities to enjoy today, with something for everyone to get involved in!

🎤 Karaoke time! Our residents enjoyed getting involved with karaoke, having a sing-along and enjoying some favourite tunes. There's nothing quite like a bit of music to brighten the day and bring everyone together!

🏀 Basketball fun! We got active with some basketball, enjoying a little friendly competition and plenty of encouragement along the way.

🧩 Puzzles galore! Our residents put their thinking caps on with a selection of puzzles and magnet puzzles, keeping minds active while enjoying some lovely moments together.

🎨 Creative moments! We also enjoyed some painting, giving everyone the opportunity to get creative, explore their artistic side and produce some lovely colourful creations.

⚽ Table football! There was also time for some table football, bringing out everyone's competitive side and creating plenty of fun!

❤️ Getting ready for Remembrance. We have also started putting up our Remembrance decorations around Primley Court. It's a special time of year when we take a moment to reflect, remember and honour those who have served and sacrificed.

It's days like today that remind us how important it is to bring people together, share experiences, try different activities and, most importantly, have fun!

A big well done to our wonderful residents and a massive thank you to our amazing staff for always going the extra mile to make each day special.

Today at Primley Court, we enjoyed a lovely day filled with meaningful one-to-one activities, giving residents time to explore their interests and enjoy some personal attention. 💛

We also enjoyed some colouring, followed by a fun beanbag toss game, where residents practised their aim and hand-eye coordination while trying to land the colourful beanbags in the target. 🎯

Our artistic residents had a special moment too! We presented Picasso Certificates to celebrate their beautiful colouring creations, recognising their creativity, effort and artistic talents. 🎨🏆

🎃👻 A Spooktacular Halloween at Primley Court! 👻🎃

Today was full of smiles, laughter and Halloween fun!

Our residents enjoyed having their Halloween photos taken, followed by plenty of karaoke, singing and dancing. There were some wonderful performances and lots of happy moments along the way! 🎤💃

But the highlight of the day was undoubtedly a very special visit from our staff members’ children, who came around dressed up and spreading Halloween cheer, asking everyone for “Trick or Treat!” 🍬🍭

Their visit brought so many smiles, laughter and warmth to our home. It was lovely to see generations coming together and sharing such a special moment.

A big thank you to our staff and their little ones for making Halloween at Primley Court extra special.

🌸❤️ Another wonderful day full of smiles, laughter and lovely memories here at Primley Court! ❤️🌸

We've had a fantastic day keeping busy with lots of different activities for our residents to enjoy. There's been something for everyone, with plenty of opportunities to get creative, have some fun, enjoy a little pampering and, of course, share lots of smiles along the way! 🥰

🎶 A little music to brighten our day! We were delighted to welcome back the lovely singer Amanda, who entertained our residents with some fantastic singing. Music always has a special way of bringing people together, lifting spirits and creating a lovely atmosphere. There were lots of smiles as everyone enjoyed the entertainment!

🌼 Green fingers at the ready! We also enjoyed some flower gardening, getting busy with our plants and adding a little colour and beauty along the way. It's always lovely to spend time being creative and enjoying the simple pleasures of gardening.

💅 Time for a little pampering! Some of our ladies enjoyed having their nails done, choosing to sit back, relax and enjoy a little bit of TLC. Because everyone deserves to feel special and have a little treat now and again!

🎯 Let the games begin! There was plenty of fun and friendly competition with our bean bag toss, putting everyone's aim to the test! We also enjoyed picture games and puzzles, getting our thinking caps on, sharing ideas and working together to see what we could figure out. 🧩

It's days like these that make life at Primley Court so special. From music and gardening to games, puzzles and pampering, it's all about enjoying meaningful moments, spending time together, having fun and making wonderful memories.

🎨✨ A Lovely Day at Primley Court! 💃❤️

Today at Primley Court, our residents enjoyed a lovely colouring session alongside lots of meaningful one-to-one activities, ensuring everyone had the opportunity to enjoy activities tailored to their interests and preferences.

One of the highlights of the day was presenting a special certificate to our very own Dancing Queen! 👑💃 She simply never stops dancing, spreading happiness, smiles and wonderful energy wherever she goes!

At Primley Court, we believe that every moment matters, every smile counts, and there is always a reason to celebrate the wonderful people who make our home so special. ❤️

🎨🐛 A Creative and Fun-Filled Morning at Primley Court! 🐷☀️

We enjoyed a wonderful morning at Primley Court filled with creativity, laughter and plenty of imagination!

Our residents enjoyed a colouring session and some Play-Doh fun, creating all sorts of wonderful things. One of the highlights was a gentleman who decided to make himself a Play-Doh hat, proudly placing it on his head and finding the whole thing absolutely hilarious! 😄 It certainly brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the morning.

Our creative masterpieces included caterpillars (one a little scary and perfect for Halloween! 🎃), a little pink pig, sunshine, turtles, a postbox and a variety of shapes, including squares, rectangles and triangles. Everyone brought their own ideas and imagination to the table, making each creation unique.

🍻 A Mid-Morning Treat!
We also enjoyed a lovely mid-morning social, with some of our gentlemen relaxing and enjoying a refreshing drink together, including c***r, Guinness and l***r. It was a lovely opportunity to sit back, chat and enjoy one another’s company.

At Primley Court, it’s the little moments that make the biggest difference — from creative achievements to shared laughter and time spent together.

🍦🎤 a fun filled afternoon at Primley!❤️🥰

What a lovely afternoon we’ve had here at Primley Court! 💕 We’ve been keeping busy with lots of fun activities, laughter, music and a little bit of pampering along the way! 😊

🍦 ice cream machine comes out! 🍦

Our ice cream machine was out again this afternoon, and our residents were delighted to enjoy their tasty treat! 😋 After all, who can resist a lovely ice cream? A little sweetness always makes the day that bit more special! 🍦❤️

🎤🎶 singing, dancing and lots of smiles! 💃🕺

The karaoke was out, and we enjoyed some singing and dancing together! There’s nothing quite like a good tune to get everyone smiling, tapping their feet and joining in. Whether singing along to favourite songs or enjoying the music, we certainly had some lovely moments together! 🎵🥰

🎳🏀 games, games and more games! 🎱🧩

There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, with our residents enjoying a variety of activities, including billiards, basketball, bowling and puzzles! Some enjoyed testing their skills, others got stuck into a puzzle, and there was plenty of opportunity for a little friendly competition along the way. It's always lovely to see everyone having a go and enjoying themselves! ❤️👏

💅💆‍♀️ a little pampering time! 💕

We also made time for some well-deserved TLC, with relaxing hand massages and nails being done! 💅✨ It’s always lovely to take a little time out, sit back, relax and enjoy being pampered. Our residents deserve to feel special, and these little moments of care can make such a difference. 🥰❤️

It’s been such a lovely afternoon, full of different activities to suit everyone, with something to enjoy whether you fancy a sing-song, a game, a puzzle, a delicious ice cream or simply a little time to relax. 💕

To all our lovely families, we hope you enjoy seeing what your loved ones have been up to this afternoon! ❤️ It’s the smiles, the laughter, the little conversations and the time spent together that make these moments so special. We love creating opportunities for our residents to enjoy themselves, stay involved and make wonderful memories here at Primley Court. 🏡🥰

🌿 A Lovely Morning at Primley Court ☕💛

Today at Primley Court, we enjoyed another lovely morning filled with meaningful activities, personal attention and those little moments that make such a big difference.💫🍁

📚 One of our gentlemen thoroughly enjoyed exploring a military history book, discovering different types of military equipment and learning about the history behind them. It was wonderful to see his interest and engagement.

🌸 We also spent time exploring the garden on the iPad, looking at beautiful flowers and discussing what we would like to plant in our own garden. Others enjoyed browsing magazines, sharing conversations and looking forward to our gardening plans.🌻

👣🤲🏻One of our ladies enjoyed a relaxing foot massage so much that she drifted off to sleep. Sometimes, a little gentle care, comfort and relaxation are all that is needed.🩷

🧸 Then came teddy time! Our residents enjoyed cuddling their favourite teddies, reminding us of the importance of touch, texture, comfort and emotional connection. In a care home, these simple moments can mean so much. A soft teddy to hold, a gentle hand to hold or a comforting touch can provide reassurance, security and a feeling of being loved. These moments are never insignificant; they can have a truly positive impact on someone’s wellbeing.

☕ And, of course, our speciality coffee machine was back in action! Our barista-style coffees were making their rounds, with residents enjoying their favourite cups — and sometimes more than one! After all, if you enjoy a lovely coffee, why not have another?
