Have you ever felt like you're on the precipice of something new, big or different?

Waiting for something to unfold thats just beyond the horizon?

This liminal space can feel like your stuck in a birthing canal, half in, half out.. not really sure whats coming next.

Can you embrace this phase? Gathering knowledge, 'data', to eventually get clarity on who we are, who we are not, what we want to be or do in this life.

This phase can't be rushed. And it shouldn't be. Take your time. Notice when things no longer feel in alignment. Be open to new ideas, new ways of being.

Drop into the bodies innate wisdom.

Listen, feel, breathe.

Give space to what is unfolding, unravelling, growing and awakening within you.

All will eventually be revealed... 🦋

In service,
Victoria

A wonderful True Sky Astrology update from The Illuminated Path. If you've not really resonated with mainstream Astrology, one likely possibility as to why, is that it doesn't actually follow the sky as it is now.. Tropical Astrology is an outdated seasonal based system, thats 2000 years out..

When we see the sky from an astrological standpoint, it tells us a slightly different story.. example below... 💫

The planetary shifting continues in the today with Saturn stationing retrograde in Pisces ♓️, intensifying the Saturn energy as it makes a shift toward inner restructuring. Pisces ♓️ wants to dissolve boundaries while Saturn wants to create them, so we are called to an inner examination of where we need to create or reset inner energetic boundaries. Where is flexibility serving you and where do you need more structure in your spiritual and energy practices? Would setting a daily meditation or contemplation schedule serve you better? Are you making space for those practices that will set you up for success each day? Where are you allowing others to drain your energy in the name of compassion? Would it serve you better (and perhaps others as well) to set firmer boundaries on your time, and allow others the growth opportunity that comes from needing to adjust to those boundaries?

At the same time, Sun 🌞 in Cancer ♋️ opposes Pluto in Capricorn ♑️, pushing you to release the structures you built that were built from a place of fear and control. Being emotionally honest with yourself will lead to your empowerment under this opposition. Pluto exposes what has been outgrown and the opposition brings awareness through contrast. When something comes up that pushes you hard, ask what this is showing you about how you made your choice from fear, and what a choice based in love might look like 😇🧜‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️💚💫

Things that bring me joy...

This weekend I headed up to Norfolk to join some hiking buddies for a beautiful walk along the coast and camping in my van. People I would never have met had I not joined a group of complete strangers at the start of last year for my first walk ☺️ 🌊 🌳🚶‍♀️ ☀️ ❤️

What if I told you there is an innate intelligence that is a part of you that means you can heal in ways you didnt think possible?

Why do some people heal and others don't? This is something I welcome you to open your mind to, and explore with me over the coming months.

I'll begin with me and Endometriosis... every time I see a post about endo, I am left so upset about the mainstream / socially accepted answer: you cannot heal from Endometriosis.. but that just isn't true. To be continued...

Today I'll leave you with this little clip..

You've done the mindset work, the therapy, the coaching, the energy work, the spiritual development…

Yet certain patterns keep repeating.

The same challenges keep showing up.

The same limiting beliefs keep holding you back.

You may even understand what's happening intellectually.

Yet life keeps reflecting the same challenges back to you.

Often, these recurring patterns aren't just about what we consciously know. They can be connected to deeper emotional, energetic, and unconscious imprints that have yet to be fully uncovered and brought into conscious awareness...

✨ MindBody Alchemy Sessions ✨

These sessions are a powerful blend of deep healing and personal transformation, intended to uncover, release, and transmute the root causes of the patterns, beliefs, and imprints that may be keeping you from moving forward and living to your fullest potential.

What are the benefits?

✨ Greater clarity and self-awareness
✨ Release of long-held emotional patterns
✨ Freedom from recurring cycles and blocks
✨ A deeper connection to your authentic self
✨ Increased peace, purpose, and alignment

If you're ready to create meaningful, lasting change, I'd love to hear from you.

Coffee and magical mornings. To slowly rise with the sun. Starting the day with gentleness and gratitude. To feel the breeze on my skin, the sun on my face and bird song all around.
Another beautiful day to be alive.

How often do we remember to make space for our own wellbeing?
