That’s why ICANN offers free 15-minute consultations to listen, provide information and enable people to make informed decisions about their next steps for help.
While these sessions are free to those who need them, they take time and expertise to run. A small donation of £5 or £10 helps ensure our lines stay open for the next person who needs our help.
