A little behind-the-scenes look at setting up Restore Wellbeing at The SiTe in Cheltenham.

One of the things I love about workplace wellbeing is that I can arrive with everything I need and transform a meeting room or quiet space into somewhere your team can step away from their working day, switch off and reset.

Then, when the day is finished, it all disappears again!

A great day looking after the team at The SiTe in Cheltenham 🌿

I brought Restore Wellbeing into the workplace for a day of treatments, giving people the chance to step away from their desks, switch off for a little while and enjoy some time just for them.

Workplace wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes 20–30 minutes to pause, reset and release some tension can make such a difference to the working day.

Thank you to everyone at The SiTe who came to see me - I loved looking after you all. 🤍
