Trained to silver level by Nouveau contour which is one of the industry leaders. All treatments are carried out by using the latest state of the art digital Nouveau contour machine. Permanent cosmetics is also known as micro-pigmentation. This is a form of tattooing where the pigment is implanted into the top layers of the skin. Permanent cosmetics last for years if a colour boost treatment is maintained every 12 to 18 months.

One of my favourite treatments to do is semi-permanent eyeliner! 😍

I absolutely love how something so subtle can make such a difference to your eyes.

And the best thing is, there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you want a really fine, natural lash enhancement, a classic eyeliner or something a little softer and smokier, we can tailor the style to suit your eyes and the look you're after.

For me, it's all about enhancing your natural eye shape, making your lashes look fuller and giving your eyes that little extra definition without having to reach for your eyeliner every morning.

And don't worry, you don't need to want a bold eyeliner look to have this treatment. Sometimes the tiniest enhancement makes the biggest difference.

Not all permanent brows are created the same… and that’s exactly the point.

One of the things I love most about permanent makeup is that there isn’t one brow that suits everyone.

Some people want super soft and natural. Others love a fuller, more defined brow. Some have plenty of natural brow hair to work with, while others have very little.

That’s why I offer a range of techniques including:

✨ Microblading – fine, natural-looking hairstrokes
✨ Nano Brows – soft hairstrokes created with a machine
✨ Combination Brows – hairstrokes with soft shading for a little more definition
✨ Ombré / Powder Brows – a beautifully soft, shaded finish
✨ Brushed-Up Brows – fluffier, textured strokes for a fuller modern look

When you come in for your appointment I'll look at your natural brows, skin, colouring and the result you want, then recommend the technique I think will give you the best result.

For this client I created a nanoblade brushed-up brow, using fine hairstrokes to create a fuller, fluffy look while still keeping the brows natural.

This is what I love about permanent makeup – there isn't one brow that suits everyone. Some clients want barely-there natural hairstrokes, while others love a fuller, brushed-up look like this.

One of the things I love most about permanent makeup is creating eyebrows for clients who have very little natural brow hair.

This client had very sparse brows, so almost the entire brow has been recreated using fine, realistic microblading hair strokes.

Every client is different, which is why I don't believe in asking you to choose a treatment before your consultation. Instead, I'll assess your skin, your natural brows and the look you'd like to achieve, then recommend the technique that will give you the best result.

There's nothing more rewarding than seeing the confidence a new pair of brows can give someone. ✨

A little reintroduction... 🤎

It's been a while, so I thought I'd reintroduce myself to all my new followers (and those who've been here for years!).

I'm Abby, and I've been specialising in permanent makeup and microblading for over 12 years.

Originally, I trained as a beauty therapist, but I fell in love with permanent makeup after seeing the difference it could make to people who had lost their natural brows through illness or medical treatment. Being able to help someone regain their confidence is something that never gets old.

Since then, permanent makeup has become my passion. I absolutely love the creativity involved and how every treatment is completely bespoke to each client. Although I still own and run Abby's Beauty Secrets alongside an incredible team of talented beauty therapists, permanent makeup is now the only treatment I personally carry out.

One thing you'll quickly learn about me is that I never stop learning. I'm always investing in advanced training and education to make sure I'm offering the latest techniques, safest procedures and the best possible results for my clients.

People often ask me what my favourite treatment is, and honestly... it changes all the time! At the moment I'm obsessed with creating beautiful permanent eyeliner, but brows will always have a special place in my heart because that's where my permanent makeup journey began.

When I'm not in the clinic, I'm usually spending time with my two children, or walking my dog, Bella. 🐶

Unpopular opinion… your brows shouldn’t last forever 👀

I know it sounds strange, but hear me out ⬇️

Your face naturally changes over time — skin moves, features soften, and what suited you 3–5 years ago might not suit you now.

That’s why we don’t aim for brows that last years and years…

✨ We want them to fade softly
✨ So we can tweak shape, colour & placement
