REIKI BREATHWORK 🧘🏽‍♀️

Since you loved Fridays event I’m back with another one next month!! This type of breathwork is so profound. As we hold on to so much of our life’s we can be so disconnected from ourselves & our body’s

This is going to get us back into our bodies and allow us to enter altered states of conciousness diving deep into our subconscious mind and let go of what we’ve been holding onto

Some people find peace and calm, others have big emotional releases. Whatever’s meant to happen will happen. This is a wonderful safe space with like minded people. A place to land & fully surrender.

Before I did breathwork I wouldn’t have believed what I could achieve from these sessions. So if things have been feeling a little heavy or all too much lately or you just want to make some time for you. Please come along, no experience needed.

Please note this type of breathwork is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has serious respiratory, heart or neurological issues, prone to panic attacks, epilepsy, detached retina or has serious mental health issues. If you are not sure if this is for you please message. I do give less intense options on the night.

Wow wow wow

What an amazing breathwork session we had at the tipi tonight. Breathwork never fails to amaze me.

We hold on to so much in our minds & bodies it really is special seeing people feel safe enough to let it go in a space that I’ve created.

To all of you who showed up for yourself tonight thankyou, you did the work I was just the guider 🩷

I think this is going to be a popular session so looking to do it monthly!

Want to know more info or book the next one? Send me a DM with the word BREATHWORK. Or comment below ☺️

If you came along also feel free to write a bit about your experience below to let others know what to expect and how you felt!

Sound Healing & Meditation 🤍

Delighted to announce I’m back doing Soundbaths again! I’ve had a few enquiries but just hasn’t been the right time or location so now I’m back starting with 1 monthly and if enough interest will do every second week ☺️

An hour just for you.. to slow down, get cosy and step away from the busyness of everyday life.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation to help you settle into the space, before flowing into a crystal singing bowl sound bath. As you lie back comfortably, let the soothing sounds wash over you, offering space to rest, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

There’s nothing you need to do or achieve. Whether your mind wanders, you drift off or simply enjoy a quiet pause, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

We’ll close with a gentle return to the room, giving you time to ease back into your evening.

Book your space by clicking the link below or send me a DM! 🩷

Carol Marcar

Had a fab wisestone reading yesterday from Carol Marcar (you will find her on Facebook - won’t let me tag sorry). Here is a description below. Give her a message to book yours, was so bang on & really interesting ☺️🩷

💫 "WISESTONE READINGS"💫

Wisestones, or talking stones as they were once known, are ancient & extremely successful instruments of divination known as pessomancy (readings using pebbles or beans.)💫

⭐️Each stone symbolises the physical and spiritual journey of the soul within the human wheel of life.⭐️

💫Wisestones reflect what is happening in the subconscious mind they can give you a glimpse of a possible outcome of events in the future.💫

✨️Each stone has an important and positive point to make regarding your life and choices.⭐️

🙏The stones always work in your best interest and will only ever advise something that will help to improve your life.💫

⭐️You can use Wisestones to tap into the nature of time itself and perhaps gain a glimpse of what the future may hold, or simply seek spiritual advice and guidance when making decisions reguarding your fulfilment and happiness.💫

💫Subconsciously a person will always pick Wisestones that most accurately represent their life path in that particular moment in time.✨️

✨️Wisestone predictions are guided by your energy, universal energy and the spiritual energy of the stones to gain a glimpse of one's personal circumstances and present life path.🙏

💫Wisestone divination offers a spiritual signpost to your possible future, however it is not predetermined or inevitable and cannot compel you to go in a specific direction. 💫

⭐️It simply offers you guidance that could help you avoid mistakes and could possibly give you the chance to take advantage of the opportunities that are likely to come your way in the near future.💫

✨️After a Wisestone reading you will have a snapshot of where your future may be heading....remember that Wisestones are simply a cosmic guide.✨️

✨️If you don't like some, or even all of what you are told in the reading, you have the gift of free will.✨️

⭐️Each reading gives you the opportunity to heed the advice , make changes to a situation or move away from something not to your liking.💫

💫However if you are happy with your reading you can choose to go with the flow and let things unfold as predicted.💫

⭐️Let the insight and wise counsel of the stones reveal their wisdom.🙏

💫Please get in touch if the Wisestones are calling you for a reading 🙏 ❤️💫

💫Your Wisestone Reading💫

Each Wisestone reading session will include your energy being cleansed with smoke using a Reiki blessed, handmade, feather smudging fan and nag ch*****ne incense or sage, this will clear away any heavy or negative energy creating a lighter & cleansed energy around you before you choose your wisestones.🌙☀️

You will then pick up all the wiseshones from a selenite charging plate, where the stones sit to charge, cleanse & protect their energy before a reading.⭐️🌙

Then you place the stones in a Reiki cleansed & blessed velvet bag & hold in your left hand over your heart....during this time you can just relax with the stones and go with the flow or you may want to ask a specific question or just for general life guidance....this is your time to connect with the Wisestones before choosing your stones for the reading. ✨️☀️

During your wisestone reading time you will also be able to pick some Oracle cards from 4 different packs.....these cards can also give you some extra guidance or answers to questions that you may still have.🌙⭐️☀️✨️

BUILD YOUR OWN EVENT 🤍

Have you got a Christmas get-together coming up and fancy something wholesome? A hen party with a bit of pampering? A birthday celebration, work get-together or girls weekend away?

This is where I can help 🥰

Build your own package with massage, facials, sound healing, Reiki, connection circles, journalling, educational booklets, somatics, cacao, oracle cards, face masks & nibbles.

Pick a bit of everything or just one or two things! Maybe a private sound bath with grounding meditation, relaxing breathwork & cacao, or a whole pamper day with your favourite people.

I also work with lovely Pilates & yoga instructors who may be able to join us on request, depending on availability.

We can keep it cosy in your home or you can hire a space. If you’re planning a girls weekend away, you organise the accommodation and I’ll take care of the rest for the day ✨

Each package is tailored to your group, with prices depending on numbers, location and what you’d like included.

Message me with your date, how many people are coming and what you fancy and we’ll put something together 🤍
