It’s been a while, and lots has changed so let me reintroduce myself and my business.
👋 I’m Susan - a busy mum who focuses life on my child, the cat and the dog, and very often puts myself last. But lately I’ve been rediscovering the joy of my small business that I started 8 years ago.
What started as a hobby business, became more of a passion project and lately has become the thing I’ve gravitated back to as life has calmed down and got less busy.
I’ve reminded myself of the joy I get from helping people find great products for themselves and others, encouraging people (and myself) in the art of self care and trying to choose products and solutions that are organic and natural.
I love working with Neal's Yard Remedies - a brand I trust immensely and feel proud to share their ethos and their vision, and feel lucky to get to share their products with others. 💙🍃
I’m proud to work with other consultants and therapists to create their own businesses, as well as supporting some wonderful charities and other small businesses through events or just general cheerleading. 🥳
You might notice that my branding and name has changed…. it’s more of an evolution. Whilst I want to help breathe and be calm, there’s more to it so ‘…and Breathe’ has evolved. I want people to glow inside and out, to succeed and to thrive.
