💜🌸 WORLD MENOPAUSE AWARENESS MONTH 🌸💜
October is Menopause Awareness Month – an opportunity to raise awareness, break the stigma and remind everyone that no one should have to navigate menopause alone.
Menopause is a natural stage of life, but symptoms can affect everyone differently. These may include:
🌡️ Hot flushes and night sweats
😴 Sleep difficulties and fatigue
🧠 Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
💗 Mood changes, anxiety and low mood
🌸 Changes to periods and other physical symptoms
💜 You don't have to suffer in silence. There is support available, and you deserve to feel heard and understood.
If menopause symptoms are affecting your daily life, please speak to your GP or practice nurse. We can discuss your symptoms, answer your questions and help you explore the support and treatment options available.
Let's continue the conversation, support one another and help make menopause a topic we can talk about openly.
