Things clients often ask me...

"Elle why can I feel tingling in my back when you press on my foot?"

"How come you rubbing my feet makes my whole body relaxed?"

"Why does reflexology on the feet feel even more relaxing than a full body massage?"

The truth is, Reflexology is one of my favourite therapies for how deep it runs when it comes to bringing about homeostasis to the body.

Different points on the feet - nerve endings - correspond to different parts of your body, linked together via our nerves.
So during a rebalancing treatment, sometimes sensations can be felt in the body area associated to the reflex point your reflexologist is working on. This is why this treatment relaxes the whole body and is so deeply soothing and calming.
