I’m not normally one to promote individual products, but I had the opportunity to test the Haddenham Healthcare Lymph Flow Go myself at , and I was really impressed with how comfortable it felt. It’s a portable intermittent compression pump designed to provide gentle, ongoing support between treatments.

Of course, it doesn’t replace MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), but I think it’s a really useful option to support lymphoedema management in between sessions. If you’d like more information about Lymph Flow Go, get in touch and I’d be happy to tell you more 🥰

For people living with limb volume differences—such as those caused by lymphoedema—this feels like a genuinely thoughtful step forward. Instead of having to buy a full pair that may not fit both feet comfortably, customers can now purchase individual shoes in different sizes to better match their needs.

From what I’ve seen, the service lets you select two different sizes when ordering, so you get a properly fitting “pair” tailored to you—simple idea, but a big impact for comfort, mobility, and confidence.
