I love to treat performing artists and am really pleased to be making big improvements in the sound quality & associated pain with this lovely patient! Also factors we have discussed aside from the hands on treatment:
- stress management
- lowering the intensity of exercise, whilst keeping strong
- nutrition
- sleep quality
- vocal exercises
- breathing exercises
If you’re also struggling with your singing voice then please give us a message, we’d love to help 🎶
