We love hearing how our clients feel after trying our Pelvic Floor Chair — and today we're sharing one of your lovely reviews.

But what exactly is the Pelvic Floor Chair?

A completely non-invasive treatment designed to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Using electromagnetic technology, the chair delivers thousands of pelvic floor muscle contractions during a single session — without you having to do the work yourself!

It can be a great option for people looking to support their pelvic floor strength and may be particularly useful for those experiencing issues such as:

Bladder leakage
Pelvic floor weakness
Post-pregnancy pelvic floor concerns
Supporting overall pelvic floor strength

And the best part? You simply sit, relax and let the technology do the work.

Every body is different, and results can vary, but our clients' experiences are why we love sharing real reviews like this one.

Get in touch to find out more or book your Pelvic Floor Chair session.

Understanding what's happening to your body during Menopause can be an important first step towards getting the right support.

Talk to your GP or a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms that are affecting your everyday life.

Ask questions and don't be afraid to seek a second conversation if you don't feel heard.

Look after the foundations too — sleep, movement, nutrition, stress management and making time for yourself all matter.

Where appropriate, health checks and blood testing can provide useful information to discuss with your healthcare professional.

At Revive, we're passionate about helping people understand more about their health and wellbeing at every stage of life.

This World Menopause Day, let's keep the conversation going.

Let's talk about menopause. Let's share experiences. And let's make sure no woman feels she has to navigate it alone.
