Your nervous system isn’t broken.

What works for someone else might do absolutely nothing for you and that’s okay. You don’t have to try every method, follow every trend, or do it all at once.

Find your one thing, stick with it and give it a chance.

For some people that one thing is massage. Not just for sore muscles, but as a genuine reset for an overwhelmed nervous system. That’s exactly what I work with.

Drop a 🙋 in the comments if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by all the advice out there. And if you want to figure out what actually works for you.

My DMs are open. 💬
