Since I finished work this afternoon I headed home fed the cats and then drove to Liverpool and started clearing out my studio apartment. I lifted my chest freezer into the back of my car, the staff said they would help but as is always the case I'm too impatient to wait so I did it myself. Then I got to work on what I wanted to keep got everything in the car thankfully I'm such a slight guy there's enough room for me to get in and drive. When I moved in kept all my cardboard boxes I moved in with, I broke them down nice and flat ready to be used when I leave, turns out I was a little bit on the extreme side of the hoarding, no change there then. Iykyk. Now I'm having to make lots of trips to the recycling bins in the basement with cardboard boxes stacked inside cardboard boxes.final job is quick wipe down of all the surfaces and a vacuum and mop before I can hand my key card back and have the staff sign it off as job well done. Then finally head home. I'm knackered. But it is done and I don't need to make another trip here except when I want to.

Okay the real update is as expected, no changes again. The cancer is still there with no treatment available. There's no tumour mass, my cancer is at a cellular level in the margin of where the mass was living so radiotherapy and chemotherapy did it's job along with the help of my surgeon who removed 70% of the mass. We continue to monitor it every 4 months for now and any noticeable changes in myself will be reported. If it becomes active then there's potential to get additional treatment, there's a clinical trial taking place at the moment for recurring brain cancers. I don't meet the requirements and hopefully never will. My cancer is highly infiltrative and technology doesn't allow us to see cellular level so it's difficult to know how much cancer remains.
the image shows where the tumour mass was and the white lines leading from the void is the scar tissue in my brain. My ventricals are nice and large which is great as it helps the csf do it's job, at the start of this journey I had no ventricles the tumour mass was squashing my brain together and causing great pressure.
You can even see my skull plate.

Update on todays visit to the oncologist. Timings mean nothing and the car parking is getting worse. As for an update on the cancer, I'm still waiting to be seen. Appointment was 11am.

Since 2023 I've been unable to clip my nails on my right hand without placing the nail clippers on my left leg and using my left elbow to press the lever on the clippers. A long and at times painful process where precision of the right hand and fingers is very important. Last night I was finally able to do it using my left hand. It felt like a massive victory which we would never normally think about.
This is with the help of KW Therapy Ltd and Heather Edmond-Greene I continued to work on it and it paid off. Thank you
