Happy Sunday loves🤎🍂
As we head into our final week of October, we're bringing together our exploration of Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds and how our yoga shows up both on and off the mat.
We've been having lots of fun playing with moving in and out of Wild Thing🔥
You know that moment when you see a shape and immediately think "I can't do that" before you've even tried?
Then we get curious, play without judgement, explore what's possible and suddenly it's "Oh, maybe I can ❤️
And isn't that life off the mat too? Noticing the stories we tell ourselves, softening our expectations and making space for something new.
So here's your Sunday reminder to book your mat for the week ahead🧘♀️
And if youve been thinking about joining us but haven't quite made it yet, this is your sign✨
Come as you are. We'll move, explore, laugh and find a little fire and softness together.
Moving beyond conditioning, on and off the mat 🤎

YOUR WEEKLY YOGA + MOVEMENT PRACTICE 🤎
Whether you’re with us every week, haven’t made it to class for a while, or you’ve been thinking about coming but haven’t quite taken that first step yet, you are so welcome 🙏🏼
Across the week there are different ways to practise with us, but everything I share is rooted in the same embodied ethos.
🌿 Embodied Yoga Flow
A sensation-led yoga practice where we explore strength, mobility, balance and movement, alongside our monthly themes. Less about making the body fit a posture and more about noticing, sensing and finding your way of moving.
🌿 Moving Beyond Conditioning
Our somatic movement and calm yoga class, working more directly at a nervous system level. We slow things down and explore mainly floor-based movement, breath, rest, self-massage, fascial movement and body awareness, learning to notice the signals of the body and developing greater capacity for regulation, rest and ease.
🌿 Chair Yoga
Two opportunities each week for accessible yoga without needing to get down onto the floor. We move the whole body, work with strength, mobility, balance and breath and there is always plenty of conversation, connection and laughter too.
Because embodied practice isn’t about getting it right.
It’s about becoming more curious about your body.
Learning to listen rather than override.
Knowing when to challenge yourself and when to soften.
Moving in ways that feel supportive rather than prescribed.
And we have fun. We wobble, forget which side we’re on, occasionally lose the plot altogether and laugh 😂
To our regulars, we love you and we’re so grateful for you. You are what makes these classes the warm little communities they have become ❤️
If you haven’t been for a while, there’s no need to explain where you’ve been. Just come back when it feels right 💕
And if you’re still waiting to join us for the first time, you don’t need to be flexible, experienced or know what you’re doing.
Come as you are. You’ll be very welcome 🤗
If you have any questions drop a message. I hope to see you soon. Love Moira 🥰
