Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing group of ladies for the final in person training day of 2026!

Not only are these ladies all incredibly passionate about the cold but now they are ready to share those life changing experiences with either others.

A day of hands on, immersive and dynamic training in the cold with myself, and finishing on basic life support and defribrilator work, all key to becoming a safe and reputable coach in this space 💙

18 months ago, I didn’t just build a course.

crtw joined Cohort 3 of our Cold Water Facilitator Certification last year, and since then he’s completely changed direction.

After years of working long hours in HR and commuting to London,

he now spends his days as Site Manager at in Folkestone, helping others experience the power of cold water.

His passion started with one cold plunge on a retreat.

Something clicked, and he knew this was the path he was meant to follow.
