Supporting Women's Health is always at the heart of my practice. By the warmth of the fire in the yurt , offering Aromatherapy to The Breast Cancer Support Group in Brighton and also being a partner at the wonderful Clinic51 | Women’s Health & Menopause . I have also been the recipient to many brilliant therapists , herbalists, homeopaths and natural therapists, and for that I am grateful 🙏

As the leaves begin to fall and the nights draw in I like to use seasonal essential oils to transition gently into Autumn 🍂 I incorporate these into my massage treatments so clients leave feeling cared for. Oils to ground energy , comfort and support mood changes along with easing aches and pains and supporting the immune system.

Summer is always beautiful in the yurt. I always select oils for clients and their needs and try to keep them in season. Jasmine oil is heady and sweet , sensuous putting us in touch with our emotions. Geranium for balance and lavender 💜 for relaxation, insomnia and aches and pains. Revive Therapy offers beautiful treatments and you can also learn these wonderful skills at my school Kelly Horne School of Massage and Aromatherapy ❀
