If you’ve received a message or friend request that looks like me, please ignore. This is an old business page that’s been dormant for a while. Looks like I’ve been hacked. Which is annoying for me and irritating for you. Apologies for the intrusion on behalf of whoever is trying to impersonate me 😡

Anyone else heading into the weekend like this? That long Christmas break feels like a distant memory!

Christmas starts here, mindful afternoon making wreaths with a friend 🦊 I’ve struggled to get into the festive mood, coming to the end of another difficult year. But I used last night’s new moon to set some positive intentions

The one thing that never appears in a recipe, is the vital ingredient in any dish; love. Whether you’re cooking for just yourself or for a crowd, do it with love 💗

This bit of sticky tape saved my sleep! Go on, laugh if you want to: you won’t be the first. But for all kinds of reasons many of us sleep open-mouthed. We may be completely unaware that we do it, but it can cause all manner of problems, including snoring and even dangerous sleep apnoea. Just by training yourself to sleep with your mouth closed, using a tiny piece of first aid tape, you may be surprised at the improvement to the quality of your sleep 😴. Give it a try. I promise not to laugh 😉

Reading over breakfast this morning. Fascinating book … interesting leaflet used as a book mark (my logo design by the lovely I have no idea who designs for )
