🎂 Six whole years of The Luna Room! ❤️

This week marks 6 years since I started my little business, I honestly can’t quite believe how quickly the time has flown! 🥹❤️

What started as a tiny dream has grown into something I’m so incredibly proud of, & I feel truly blessed to have so many lovely clients who have been part of my journey along the way.

To every single person who has booked a treatment, recommended me to a friend, purchased a gift voucher, left a lovely review, or simply taken the time to support my little business… THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Thank you for choosing The Luna Room, for putting your trust in me & my treatments, & for allowing me the privilege of looking after you. I never take that trust for granted, & it means more to me than you will ever know. 🥰

Being able to provide a little haven of calm, where you can switch off from the outside world, take some time for yourself & leave feeling relaxed, refreshed & cared for, is exactly why I do what I do. ✨

Running a small business isn't easy, but the wonderful people I get to meet, the lovely feedback I consistently receive & the relationships I've built along the way make every bit of it worthwhile.

One of the most mystical months of the year… crisp cooler days, crunchy leaves, cosy evenings & a gentle invitation to slow down, reflect & take stock.

Beyond the pumpkin spice, Halloween decorations & swirling autumn leaves, October carries a deeper energy of transformation, reflection & letting go.

As the trees change from vibrant greens to beautiful shades of red, orange & gold, they remind us of the impermanence of life & the beauty of embracing change rather than resisting it.

Just as the trees gracefully release their leaves in preparation for new growth, we too can learn to let go of what no longer serves us — old patterns, beliefs, attachments or anything that may be holding us back — creating space for new opportunities, experiences & perspectives. 🍂
October marks the transition from the vibrant energy of summer into the more introspective & transformative energy of autumn.
This is a time to:

🍂 Welcome Autumn- my absolute favourite season 🍂
As the sun sinks lower, the nights become cooler &darker, & before we notice the changing colours with our eyes, our senses tell us that summer has come to an end.

The Autumn Equinox marks the beginning of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere & is a beautiful time to honour balance, change and the harvest — both in nature & within ourselves.

Autumn invites us to reflect on the seeds we planted earlier in the year: our intentions, efforts, growth & life path. It’s a time to acknowledge how far we’ve come & to feel gratitude for all that we have.
🧡 Light a candle
🧡 Give thanks
🧡 Speak your gratitude for who you are & all that you have.

Just as nature moves through cycles of growth, harvest, death & rebirth, so do we.
Autumn encourages us to release what is no longer serving us & create space for what is yet to come. By clearing our internal space, we allow ourselves to become quieter, to rest & to listen to what is trying to emerge from within.

Think of this season as composting old ideas & experiences, using their energy to create fertile ground for new creativity, dreams & visions.

As we consciously connect with the cycles of nature, we can deepen our understanding of our own cycles too.
