Sunday Morning Rumi ❤️

Im a sucker for love…I have a deeply romantic side to me that thinks that every situation and scenario can be loved better. It makes me great at my job but also (if not grounded in reality) quite sensitive and even sad at the state of the world or my relationships.

The song says what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and today’s Rumi is a reminder that bad things happen, people are not always who you think they are, your destination isn’t always the one you planned on and you can have to restart or rebuild at anytime…

But the romantic lover of love in me has to remind myself that the wound is the place where the light can enter the cracks we feel in our energy can be filled with light and love if we remain in that light…

Whatever you do this Sunday allow your romantic lovely heart to be the light that leads you through the darkness and fill your cup and heart with as much love as you can ❤️

I have spent years training and studying and perfecting my knowledge and care so that I can get to be the best therapist I possibly can.

But the flex isn’t the qualifications or length of time or even the magical space I have created.

It’s the small things…the things that make my every day just a little brighter and my purpose even more clear…

The Power of Letting Go

Last night in our meditation circle we focused on the power and benefit of letting go…this time of year is a perfect time to bring focus into that which is ready to be release. As the trees begin to release their leaves, autumn offers us a gentle reminder that not everything and everyone is meant to be held on to.

Nature doesn’t cling to what has been. It doesn’t fight the changing seasons or apologise for letting go. It simply trusts the process.

How much of our energy do we spend trying to control things that were never ours to control?

Other people’s feelings.
Their opinions of us.
Their choices, their reactions, their beliefs about who we are…

We can love someone deeply without taking responsibility for their happiness. We can care without carrying everything. We can offer support without losing ourselves in the process.

We are responsible for our own feelings, our own choices, our own values and the way we choose to show up in the world.

Letting go doesn’t mean we stop caring. It doesn’t mean we close our hearts or walk away from love.

It is releasing the need to control the outcome.
It is allowing others the freedom to walk their own path.
It is trusting ourselves enough to know where our responsibility ends.

And just like the trees, perhaps we need to release a few things to make room for what comes next.

🍁 So, as we move through autumn, ask yourself:

What am I holding on to that is no longer mine to carry?

Where am I giving away my power by trying to control what I cannot change?

What might become possible if I allowed myself to let go?

You don’t have to release everything at once. Sometimes the first step is simply recognising what you can put down.

Let this season be an invitation to soften your grip, honour your own journey and trust the natural rhythm of life.

Release what isn’t yours to carry. Reclaim your own power. And leave room for new growth. 🌈

Wise Woman Halloween Ceremony

You will go on a deep and guided journey in meditation.
