Gathering in circle in winter hits different! Last night we went a little deeper with some crystal self-healing and a message from the angels 🪽

Self-trust is a theme that resonates for so many women, building it is similar to building confidence and intuition - it’s something that you strengthen through action, you create self trust by listening to your intuition, listening to your body and making a decision based on your inner signals.

We used Blue Apatite to clear and clarify the mind of all the mental chatter and distraction, to help bring balance to our energy and to strengthen our connection to the divine - building self trust in knowing we are guided.

The Ankh 𓋹 The key of life

Ancient Egyptian symbolism representing life, breath and divine balance. To me it’s a symbol of the divine union of masculine and feminine life force energy. A symbol of the divine feminine power of creation, intuition, wisdom and spiritual rebirth.

I use an ankh to honour the divine feminine energies I wish to call in, to honour Goddesses such as Isis, Sekhmet and Hathor. I use them on my crystal altars, and during meditation work. I even have one tattooed on my arm 💙

Lapis Lazuli was a crystal honoured by ancient Egyptians for its connection to truth, intuition and wisdom.

The two amplify each other perfectly, creating a powerful and meaningful connection with your own inner divine wisdom 💙

In just less than a month we bring together another group of women all seeking a deeper connection to themselves, to discover something hidden within and potentially experience shifts in energy that change their path forwards.

We saw the alchemy within our first group and knew that we had to hold the circle again, there is nothing as powerful as healing in community, the shared intention to release, to heal and to expand is amplified and ripples throughout the group as each woman is witnessed held.

We are, in some way, a product of the people who surround us...💫

Who is defining your energy right now? The beautiful truth of a healing circle is that when we gather with a shared intention to heal, our collective energy expands.

Upon creating The Energy Balance Circle, we knew we were creating something special, something that held women through a range of energy healing modalities, and we knew it would be a powerful combination of our individual work 🦋

What we didn’t anticipate was just how deeply the women would receive our medicine. The break throughs, the energetic shifts and the emotional release - all of which was an honour to witness.

We’re so excited to open the circle again this November at a new venue Jellyfish Studio in Leigh on sea, the circle is for women wanting to feel more aligned to their purpose, more deeply connected to their own magic, to surround themselves with other women walking the oftentimes lonely path into spirituality.

In this 6 part circle you’ll experience guided meditation, pranic healing, energy activations, crystal healing, divine feminine activations and more 🌙

You’ll also be held in our WhatsApp chat to continue building relationships, community and healing in between sessions.
