My third time visiting Chicago and it never disappoints.

Another city, another marathon, supporting Chris D Fellowes running the Chicago Marathon. Ive never seen such a supportive community for all the runners. From an amazing expo to local businesses offering freebies all weekend. The city really embraces running culture! 🙌🏻.

Watched the Chicago Bulls in action, caught up with some friends, had a beach day, walked everywhere and ate plenty of amazing food! 🙌🏻🏀 🏖️ 🍹🥞🍔.

This was a lot of hard work and was achieved mainly through diet.

Having visible abs is mostly about getting your diet right and losing enough body fat to reveal them.

I love a Landmine floating squat!

A great one for all you runners out there or for anyone who wants to strengthen their lower body. It works the legs, glutes, calves, ankles/feet and core.

- The elevated heel lets your knees travel further forward which targets the quads more.

- You can also get deeper into the squat with the heels raised and have a more upright posture.

- With the weight in front of you, it also takes the pressure off the lower back and works the core too.

Don’t have access to a barbell/landmine? For an extra burn, try these with just a dumbbell held in front of your chest and heels elevated. A good test of your ankle/foot strength and balance! 🔥💪🏻
