Jen and Kev who are awesome to work with/for PLUS inspiring - please all join Evolve for weightloss!!! And to the wonderful John, family, friends etc who without their support I just wouldn’t have done this.

BUT THE STAR - OUR CLAIRE WHO got her 3.5 stone award tonight 💪🤩😍 This is what it’s all about! Losing weight is life changing, I should know, it’s confidence, movement, health and self-care. NO SHAME, your body is beautiful, but love food 🥘 👏🥰 ######

💚 EVOLVE GORGEOUS MEMBERS❤️

A little message from me to you all ❤️

This has been such a difficult hard decision, but I am going to be leaving as your coach. I’m genuinely sad, as you all mean so much to me. 🥹❤️ I am sorry to do this via text, but with groups on different days, I wanted to let you know at the same time!!

What I want to reassure you of, is your weight-loss and the group comes first and you will be getting a new fabulous coach!!!

💚 Your new coaches

● Online: Sarah from 22nd October
● Droitwich: Jenny from 31st October
● Redditch: Sarah from 2nd November

You’ll be in the safest hands! 🥰

💚 Your weight-loss journey
Evolve is about YOU, your health, your weight-loss journey and the support you need to achieve your goals. I know I can’t always give you everything you need, but our fabulous new coaches can! Please give them your trust and support as you continue your journey. 💪❤️

💚 Our lovely volunteers
If you volunteer, we’d absolutely love you to keep supporting our new coaches and helping Evolve remain the amazing, supportive community we’ve built together. 🙏💚

💚 Finally, from me…
I’m not disappearing! I’ll still be cheering you all on. Thank you for the laughs, friendships and letting me be part of your journeys. I’m so proud of you all, and I really hope you’ll continue with Evolve and give Sarah and Jenny the same love you’ve always given me. Lots of brunches and curries please 🙏

This isn’t goodbye, just a new chapter for Evolve. 💚

All my love, always. Laura xx ❤️❤️❤️

😡😂 WELL… THIS WEEK HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE EPIC FAIL! 🤦‍♀️🤣

You know when you should probably just put your phone down and walk away? Yeah… that was me this week! 🙈😂

Between everything going wrong, getting my posts completely muddled up, accidentally using an aubergine 🍆 in a post (APPARENTLY it means something VERY different in text speak 👀🤣) and somehow managing to tell everyone I was 4 STONE HEAVIER AFTER JOINING EVOLVE instead of what I actually meant… I think I need adult supervision! 😂😂😂

Honestly, I should probably just sit in the corner with my angry face and not be allowed near Facebook for a few days! 😡🤣

BUT… despite my questionable posting skills this week, one thing I can get right is telling you about Evolve! ❤️😂

If you need a friendly, supportive group to help you on your weight-loss journey, we’d love to meet you! ❤️

And if you see any more ridiculous posts from me this week… please just assume I’ve lost the plot, not 4 stone! 😂😂😂
