💜Oh, my heart is so full tonight!

🍂What an absolutely beautiful day we've shared at Angel Rays. There is something incredibly special about bringing people together, watching everyone relax, hearing the laughter fill the room and seeing beautiful connections naturally unfold

🍂Some arrived not knowing anyone, yet left with smiles, warm hearts and lovely new friendships. And for me, that is where the real magic begins

Today, Angel Rays was filled with laughter, beautiful souls, a little autumn witchery and the most wonderful energy

🍂As nature prepares to rest, we gathered to honour the changing seasons, letting go of what no longer serves us and making space for new beginnings

We released old energies, wrote our intentions for the coming months and embraced the gentle reminder that, just like the trees, we too must sometimes shed what we have outgrown

🍂There was plenty of laughter, heartfelt conversations, beautiful connections and gorgeous warming vegetable broth to nourish us from within

But the real magic wasn't found in the activities alone. It was in the laughter, the friendships, the shared moments and the beautiful energy everyone brought into the room

🍂Creating these special spaces where people can come together, feel safe, be themselves and simply enjoy a little magic is something I will never take for granted

To every beautiful soul who joined me today, thank you for making our Autumn Retreat so special

🤔May the coming months bring you peace, courage, clarity and the confidence to release what is no longer meant for you

🍁 As the leaves fall, may your worries fall with them. And as the seasons turn, may beautiful new beginnings find their way to you

New classes being held Angel Rays Therapies Holistic Therapy Centre

If you wake up on a Monday morning with a tight back, stiff shoulders, and a head full of noise, pushing harder is rarely the answer.

Your nervous system responds to physical signals. When your muscles stay locked up and your breathing stays shallow, your brain assumes you are under threat. It keeps you wired and exhausted at the same time.

Starting Monday, 2nd November, I am opening a new 10:30 AM class at Angel Rays on Oxford Street in Ripley.

My Monday afternoon sessions in town are now completely full with a waiting list, so I have set up this morning slot to give people locally another option.

This is not about touching your toes or twisting yourself into knots. We start on the floor, move through practical joint and muscle release, use the breath to slow the heart rate, and finish with a deep guided rest.

The room holds a maximum of 8 mats. If you hate big, noisy gym classes, this space was built for you.

🍁🍂 A Little Autumn Magic at Simply Safe Space 🍂🍁

🍂What a lovely, heartwarming morning we've had at Angel Rays Holistic Therapy Centre

🍂Today our wonderful ladies embraced the beautiful colours of autumn, creating their own unique autumn vases using leaves, berries, pinecones and a little imagination

🍂There was plenty of laughter, conversation and creativity around the table, with everyone adding their own special touches to their creations

🍂But Simply Safe Space is about so much more than crafting. It's about friendship, kindness, feeling supported and having somewhere you can simply come and be yourself, without judgement or expectations

🍂So proud of the lovely little community we're continuing to build together. Every lady brings something special to our group
