My 5th review at Kim Cline 🎉
Another review, another win! Here’s where I’m at:

⬇️ 1.7kg lost
⬇️ 25.5cm lost overall
⬇️ Body fat down 1.9%
⬆️ Water up 1.2%
⬆️ Muscle mass up 600g
⬇️ Metabolic age down 5 years
⬇️ Visceral fat down ½ litre

But the number I’m proudest of doesn’t show on the scales. Being part of the club keeps me accountable and stops me spiralling. Having that support every week makes all the difference. 💚

My coach Kim is offering my Facebook friends and family free wellness evaluations and body scans! 🙌

Realising why I was never destined to be a professional decorator 😂 I’ll stick to skin, thanks! 😅

Stop chasing “Glass skin” please 🙏🏻

With in clinic Zinzino blood testing and products, we can now look way beyond the surface and explore those skin concerns from within.

Why?
Because when we only focus on the skin itself, we may be looking at just one piece of the puzzle. 🧩

I wouldn’t change a thing though 🥰
