Moonstone has been cultivated through years of dreaming, planning and hard work. Moonstone is more than just a shop, Moonstone is the start of an engaging, thriving community based in the healing power of nature. Our journey began with the dream of providing areas for members of our community to be able to enjoy and reconnect with nature. And so, our community allotment and wildflower areas bloomed. The mindfulness aspects and joy this brought to us then fuelled our desire to bring the therapeutic power of nature to a wider community allowing individuals to start their journey of reconnection. Moonstone has been established to provide a large selection of high grade and quality specialist crystals, incense, alter ingredients, jewellery, space cleansing items, clothing, gifts and wellbeing products at a fair price for all to access. Further than this, it has been formed with the goal of bringing together a community and creating a network of like-minded individuals enabling the formation of life-long bonds. Soft, calming and instantly recognisable, Blue Lace Agate is loved for its delicate bands of pale blue, white and grey that create beautiful lace-like patterns through the stone.

We’ve picked another selection of crystals from around the shop and we want to know how many you can identify from the photograph alone.

Look carefully at the colours, patterns, inclusions, transparency and formations — some crystals can look surprisingly similar until you notice that one little giveaway.
If you’re new to crystals, have a go too! You don’t need to be an expert. These challenges are a fun way to start recognising different minerals and discovering crystals you may never have encountered before.

Try Dalmatian Jasper for bringing a lighter, more playful energy, Black Tourmaline for protection and absorbing unwanted energy, Red Jasper for strength and stability, and Hematite for grounding and helping you feel centred.

You may have spotted these little characters at our markets before! The Wyrms Emporium creates wonderfully imaginative handmade leather pieces, including their incredibly popular little ghosts, witches and other fantasy-inspired creations.
Each one has its own character, and that’s part of what makes buying from independent makers so different from picking something mass-produced from a shelf.

The Wyrms Emporium has been part of our market community for a long time, and their little leather ghosts have become firm favourites with us too — we even stock them in the shop!
