I love hearing this kind of thing from my clients ❤🧡

"I did have a sticky-up bit on my neck/upper spine, which the GP said there wasn't much he could do about, but I noticed yesterday that it's gone! It can only be those cervical spine exercises. Those are the ones I do if I've been sitting down too long, or when I'm in the car (not driving!)."

So, here is my lovely client Roger Lillie who, at the age of 80, is completing the Great South Run. Here is what Roger wrote to me:

"The challenge is significant as I am in my 80th year and whilst reasonably fit, with the help of Pilates, energy becomes depleted with age! I am proud to run for Mountbatten Hospice which desperately needs funds as it mainly relies on donations and legacies.
I shall be grateful if you can share details with friends and other Pilates participants. Any support is appreciated however modest.

Please click on the above link to donate and support Roger in completing this truly inspirational challenge.
