We are often asked which drops to use prior to have ears irrigated so we thought we would compile a list of options for you. 👂

Did you know….

If you are stressed or afraid your ears produce more wax in an attempt to protect your ear canal?

Ever wonder what the link between hot weather and a build up of ear wax is? ☀️👂

Hot weather can cause wax to expand, shift and mist with sweat which can create a blockage.

Humidity and heavy sweating can play a part in existing wax to shift and move deeper into the ear canal.

Dehydration can also play a part as when the body is dehydrated it can alter the fluids in the body which can lead to thicker and stickier wax.

⭐️ Make sure you stay hydrated and avoid using any cotton buds (or anything else for that matter) to clear your ears. Use olive oil for ear drops and give us a call to assess and/ clear your ears. ⭐️
