What a fab idea Stacy. I know my members would love all these recipes to make life a little easier!

I’ve came up with a new idea…….so sometimes we don’t have the time to be standing preparing before cooking, how about I create some dump bags? So basically it’s all the ingredients needed to make a meal, all put into bags and frozen, all you need to do it defrost and then cook, saves time, means you always have stuff in the freezer and it keeps waste to a minimum as you can prep and freeze when you get your shopping, does this sound good? Let me know below if I should create some 😊 xx

Last week was a week of celebrations for me 🙌 and a trip down memory lane, remembering my first ever group!
Thank you so much to all of my lovely members and social team. I had so many special moments to cherish.
Thank you also to all of my members over the last 10 years far and wide (even those in Belgium who joined me for online sessions during Covid).
Any of you that are thinking of coming back, please message me or just pop in!

We even offer support to people taking weight loss medication. There is a special hub on the members’ app to help you too.
Everyone needs a little help making lifestyle and behaviour changes that can be long-lasting to help keep you slim for life. There’s never any judgment - just a warm welcome 🤗
