What some tattoo artists don’t do that I see a lot of is think of how your customers work is going to look like in 3-5 years time. All they do is cram all this detail into a piece thinking about the gram photo on the day. That to me ain’t a good artist. Sometimes less in a design is more ! Stands the test of time.
Yeah I don’t jump on my messages all the time ! I been tattooing 15 years I have hobbies outside of my job. As I guess you all do. The thing I’ve come to understand in this industry is people expect you 24/7 and even when you’re doing good work cheaper than anyone around, covering more surface area and tattoos that last still doesn’t matter. In all honesty I’m at that stage in my life where if people wanna get something of me for life then I’m all in. I have a lot of people expecting more yeah i get it.
I’ll always tattoo until I can’t physically do it solely because I love art ! I was an artist and drawn and painted since I was literally 5 years old. I certainly don’t think I’m the best tattoo artist around but I like to think my customers get good work at a super reasonable price. Cause I don’t and will never take the p**s ! Ever
