✨ A lovely weekend away celebrating a very special birthday! ✨🥂💕

I've had such a lovely weekend away in the beautiful Cotswolds, celebrating my wonderful mum's 70th birthday! 🎂🥳❤️

We stayed at the gorgeous Warner Reserve Hotel, where I was lucky enough to stay in one of their beautiful Mansion Suites. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and the perfect place to relax and unwind! 🥰

It was such a lovely weekend, not only celebrating Mum's special milestone birthday but also spending some much-needed quality time together as a family. It's so nice to take a little break from the usual busy routine, make special memories and enjoy time with loved ones.

I'm now feeling lovely and refreshed, with my batteries recharged and ready to get back to doing what I love! 💕

Looking forward to being back at work tomorrow and catching up with all my lovely patients.

👣 An exciting (and very busy!) year ahead! 🎓📚

I’m pleased to share that I have officially commenced my 3rd year of my Podiatry Degree! 🥳

As I head into another challenging year, I will be doing my very best to balance my university studies, clinical placements, exams and running the clinic.

This year is set to be particularly demanding, and whilst I will continue to work hard to accommodate everyone, I would really appreciate your patience, understanding and support as I navigate the busy months ahead.

📅 A little advance notice for November: I will be away from the clinic for two weeks to undertake my surgical exams. Unfortunately, this means that some gaps between available appointments may be a little longer than I would ideally like. Please know that this is unavoidable, and I will always do my very best to accommodate everyone wherever possible.

I absolutely love what I do, and continuing to develop my knowledge and skills is something I am incredibly passionate about. However, juggling a business alongside a demanding degree certainly isn't easy!

Thank you so much to all my wonderful patients for your continued loyalty, encouragement and understanding. Your support really does mean the world to me, and I am incredibly grateful to have you all alongside me on this journey.

After all the uncertainty with the weather and flights, I’m very happy to say that I’ve made it home safely! 🙌

Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and lovely messages today — they’ve been very much appreciated. 🥰

Normal service will resume tomorrow, and I’m looking forward to getting back to it!

For now, I think it’s time to unpack, put my feet up and enjoy being home. ❤️✨

I’m hoping to fly out of Barcelona today, but unfortunately, due to the extreme weather conditions, many flights are currently being delayed or cancelled.

At the moment, I’m keeping everything crossed that my flight leaves as planned! 🤞✈️

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support my clinic. I truly appreciate every one of you.

The clinic is currently experiencing exceptionally high demand over the summer, and my diary is now booking into October. To ensure I can continue providing the high standard of care, time, and attention that my existing patients deserve, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily close my books to new patients.

I know this may be disappointing for those hoping to book an appointment, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. My priority has always been to provide the best possible care to every patient, and I don't want to compromise that by taking on more than I can manage.

I plan to review the situation in the New Year, and I'll provide an update then regarding when I will be able to welcome new patients again.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support, it really does mean the world to me. 💚

This morning I had the pleasure of volunteering at Encompass in Rushden, alongside fellow volunteer Sarah Greenway, providing a two-hour free foot care session for residents experiencing homelessness.

During the session, we were able to see seven residents, offering foot care, health advice, and practical guidance to help improve their foot health and overall wellbeing. It was wonderful to see everyone leave feeling more comfortable, confident, and happy with their feet.

Experiences like this remind me why community outreach is so important. Being able to use our skills to help others, provide support, and make a positive difference, no matter how small, is incredibly rewarding.

At The Foot Cabin, this is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality foot care, compassion, and respect. Supporting our local community and giving something back is a core part of our ethos, and we are proud to play our part in helping those who need it most.

A huge thank you to Encompass for welcoming us and to Sarah for her support throughout the morning. We look forward to returning in the future and continuing to make a positive difference together.

📢 Update Regarding Fungal Nail Treatment

Due to recent regulatory changes, Amorolfine fungal nail treatment can now only be obtained through a pharmacy or approved online supplier.

Unfortunately, this means I am no longer able to supply this treatment directly. This change is outside of my control and relates to updated regulations surrounding the supply of Amorolfine products.

If you require Amorolfine treatment, please speak to your local pharmacy or an approved online supplier for further advice.
